播種
芝麻(又稱胡麻)一年一種,大約在8月中下旬至九月上旬進行播種。
開花
10月中下旬,芝麻就會開花了!大家都知道芝麻開門,但很少人看多芝麻開花吧😆原來芝麻花長這樣!長知識了😍

收割
約莫11月中就會收割,把芝麻綑成一束一束的,曬乾約20天

敲打
12月初,芝麻曬乾後就會從翠綠色變成稻草褐色,但芝麻都躲在莢裡面,所以要充分敲打,把小小的芝麻打下來

過篩
敲完後把芝麻過篩,去除比較大的枝葉,然後集中裝袋拿去加工廠進一步細篩、加工

Tracy那天就是參與敲打和過篩的過程,真心覺得這麼小顆的芝麻,也是粒粒皆辛苦!
後續芝麻可以做成芝麻油、芝麻粉、芝麻醬、芝麻脆餅等等,還有各種芝麻口味的甜點,如芝麻奶酪、芝麻冰淇淋、芝麻湯圓…再說我口水要流滿地了🤤🤤🤤
芝麻屬於堅果種子類食物,加工性很高,香濃風味也深受大眾喜愛,有豐富的維生素E、單元不飽和脂肪酸、膳食纖維等,平常如果沒有補充堅果的習慣,也可以適度以無糖芝麻醬、無加糖芝麻餅作為點心選擇和堅果類攝取來源~不過前提是適量,因為這種東西太香了,很容易一口接一口停不下來呢!
